Thing #15

This was a great exercise to show people how to use the Wiki's. I learned about them a few years ago when a famous friend of mine died. I was searching for information about him and the Wiki had no information about him. I contacted his family and asked them to post that information. I was going to but, but did not quite understand that many people can add to it.

It is good that you can actually correct the wrong information that always seems to show up every where. I would beware because the Wiki may only contain here say and no actual facts. The Web 2.0 tools really make citing your research a necessity. If you used erroneous data in your research, you need to know where to find it and correct it. At least notify the people that they published errors according to whoever accused you of false information.
